Amherst Pierpont Securities is a fixed-income broker-dealer.

Amherst Pierpont was formed in 2010 as a de novo broker-dealer focused on the U.S. government securities market. In October 2014, Amherst Holdings and Pierpont Securities closed on the combination of their broker-dealer businesses, which were renamed Amherst Pierpont Securities. The company provides its customers, including institutional investors, hedge funds and asset managers, with liquidity and execution services in connection with trading U.S. treasury securities, government-sponsored entity securities, mortgage-backed securities, credit and repurchase agreements.
