Stone Point was integral to Henderson Park’s fundraising for its first fund, including introducing Henderson Park to our network of limited partners and other relationships, which resulted in several Trident LPs investing in Henderson Park’s fund including two of our existing LPs acting as cornerstone investors in the fund (with a $250 million LP investment). Additionally, Stone Point assisted in negotiating the fund’s subscription facility, and assisted in the fundraising of Henderson Park’s next two institutional funds and various co-investment vehicles.
OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE & GOVERNANCE
Stone Point leveraged its experience in launching asset managers to provide guidance on the build-out of Henderson Park’s infrastructure.
